Francha Dallman - Food Service

Francha Dallman was born and raised on a dairy farm southwest of Plymouth. She was the daughter of Wilbur and Jeanette Bohnhoff. She attended elementary school at St. John Lutheran and graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1975. Her family includes siblings Maribeth Witkowski of Saukville, Gene ( Kathy ) of rural Plymouth, Randy of Oshkosh, Rodney of rural Plymouth, & Yvonne ( David ) Preder of rural Plymouth.

She married her high school sweetheart, Dean on 1-2-76. They just celebrated 30 years. They have two daughters, Danielle (21) and Deanna (20). Francha has worked at Sentry Food Store, Adams Pharmacy, Great Lakes Cheese, O'Neills Pine River, Silver Springs and the family farm. She started with SJL Food Service in 1991 and has been manager for 5 years. Her goal is to get a School breakfast program going here in the near future.

She has been very active at SJL and Sheboygan Lutheran H.S. over the years. She sings with two choirs here at SJL and a mass choir in Sheboygan. Other hobbies besides singing are catering, riding a harley, walking, trips and watching sports. She truly loves the job she has here, especially because of the students. She loves the smiles, hugs, please and thank yous and knowing they are getting a good and nutritious meal.
