Mary Weinaug was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, baptized at Ebenezer Lutheran Church and later attended Sheboygan Falls Schools.

Mary earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii, and also holds an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from NWTC in Green Bay.  Mary’s professional experience includes teaching in early childhood programs in the United Kingdom and at Emmanuel Lutheran School in Hampton, Virginia. She has also served as the Director of Children’s Ministry at St Paul's Lutheran in Sheboygan Falls and as Preschool Director at the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Mary has two college age children, a son T.J. and a daughter Heidi.

Mary’s teaching philosophy is: When you respect and nurture each child, then you can teach them and empower them to live and grow in the love and knowledge of our Lord.  She looks forward to partnering with each family to make the transition from home to school a positive experience for everyone.
